Yes Man Junior is a low-level enemy from EarthBound on the SNES. You run into him early in the game around the town of Onett. He’s part of the Sharks gang — those punk-looking guys causing trouble — and he’s been influenced by the weird, evil energy spreading thanks to Giygas.
