This is Gus the Eagle. He is the strutting 80s mascot of Georgia Southern Football. I updated him with a fresh coat of paint, bigger muscles, tattoos and some 80s sunglasses. I remember seeing him on t-shirts as a kid and thinking he was cool. I have lived in a bunch of places and Statesboro is one of the best.
