Woody Allen Cartoon. I remember first watching Woody Allen movies by myself on vhs at home in the 90s when my classmates were out watching Kevin Smith and Tarantino movies at the cinema. I watched his great 70s masterpieces over and over and really identified with them. Like all of his movies they celebrate the outsider and the forever alone nerd. They are smart and funny and well thought out. Allen is himself in his movies and he portrays himself honestly and with very little bs and he touches on deep and timeless themes and creates some of the most famous characters in cinema while doing it. I am still convinced that Annie Hall is one of the best movies ever made.
