I always loved Wolverine as a kid. He wasn’t omnipotent like the Hulk or Thor. He was always getting kicked around and out muscled and battered to within inches of his life and he always pulled through at the last minute. He has a great mix of small size, big attitude, regular human strength and cool healing ability that is reinforced with his metal skeleton. He is probably the best character in The X-men. And because of that – the most popular. Legit comix nerds hate the fact that he gets so much attention from normies. Like every artist I wanted to work in comics and draw The X-men like Jim Lee but I found I didn’t have the talent. Comics artists are amazingly talented people yet they get pooped on by the art establishment and most of them get paid next to nothing to do amazing things every single month. Here is a painting of super deformed wolverine. Wolverine with a big head.
