This is UGa coach Kirby Smart. It is hard to believe that Kirby crafted the Dawgs into a machine that can stand up to the meanest team in college football and kick their ass after losing to them only two weeks ago. It certainly looks like Georgia made the right call when they hired this guy and Alabama might have lost the soul of their team.
This is a depressed green bass named chuck. He doesn’t know what to make of his situation. He finds himself trapped in vortexes at the bottom of the pond. He can see the moon above him. It is really close to the horizon. If he ever gets out of his predicament he is going to try and jump up out of the water to get a better look at it. He is certain its alive.
This is a happy green hayseed fish. He is country and laid back. He has yellow eyes because he drinks like a fish.
The Nightmare Before Christmas is such a great movie. It is visually amazing and it has aged very gracefully. I love The Mayor with his two faces. One worried – one happy, and both neurotic. Really captures the fundamental nature of politicians.
When I was little we had a yellow house with a yellow shed out back that was filled with junk. I remember playing around it in the summer – getting in the gray powdery moon like sand and hunting for roly polys and doodle bugs. We also had a pretty semi-wild kitty cat who spent most of her time hiding under that house. She once had babies under there and it was impossible for us to handle them – so they grew up wild as yellow eyed mountain lions. I sometimes dream I am a kid again and I climb chain link fences on sunny days and see those kitties looking out at me from under that house.
I love F-15s. They are such a beautiful design. It is cool how the most capable fighters are the most beautiful. This thing is highly maneuverable, very fast and it has the radar and weapons systems to shoot down every jet in the sky and it is 40 years old. It is incredible the amazing things smart people create.
I love orcas. They are intelligent water mammals kin to dolphins. They give live birth and and nurse their young. They also hold their breath instead of having gills like a fish. This is an illustration of a mother killer whale with her calf. I focused on trying to give them human like exaggerated expressions.
I love the Easter Bunny. He is so delightfully deranged in the best way possible. I love how Western society has taken a pagan symbol for fertility and fused it with a Christian Holiday. Western culture you so crazy.
” Uncle” Ben Franklin printed the “JOIN, or DIE.” snake in 1754 in the Pennsylvania GAZETTE in Philadelphia to encourage the colonies to unite against the advances of the French and their native allies. The design and woodcut has been attributed to Ben. No definitive proof is available at this point. In 1756 the Seven Years War was declared. The French and Indian War was the conflict in the Americas that lead up to War being declared. The logo was revised against the British later. The coils of the original art mimic the outline of the North American coast and the locations of each colony or unified government (In the case of New England which was technically four colonies). The use of CAPS was similar to us using caps in an email today. It was extremely important at the time to lay the foundation for which many of us now take for granted. – some random dude
Boll Weevil monster bug cartoon. In the 19th century they invaded America from Mexico and destroyed almost all American cotton crops and wiped out the cotton industry. Painted in photoshop.
