Monsters are notorious nonobjective painters. They try to capture the rhythms and color melodies of bebop. They scratch and splatter their paint with sticks, pieces of wood and the wrong end of the brush. They use their monoscopic vision to their advantage when translating their multidimensional mind onto a 2-d surface. They also take out their frustrations of being rejected by rejecting the rejects they try to fit in with.
I am an illustrator who makes whimsical monsters for companies that are young at heart. Follow me on Twitter here.
