I love cheap giant wide 80s skateboards and skateboard art. The cheesier the graphics and more garish the colors the better. I broke about 3 of them when I was a kid. And I couldn’t skate on anything else. Skating reminds me of warm summer afternoons pushing myself around what seemed like a massive block on a rough asphalt road – dodging giant tar blobs. I still have dreams about skating down the hill next to my parent’s house – and wiping out going to the store to buy tooth obliterating nowlaters. Monster eating a frog – skateboard.
